The Successful Applicant
Minimum Bachelor degree from a recognised tertiary institution in Geology Member AusIMM, AIG or similar ROPO Extensive operational experience in the Mining sector, including in both open pit and underground mines, including resource estimation and mine planning Significant management skills Very strong skills in geostatistics, variography, and linear and non-linear estimation methods Exposure to multiple commodities including Au, Ni, Cu Pb, Zn, Fe, U, PGM's Skilled in mining and geostatistical software, preferably Datamine, Vulcan, Surpac, Isatis Experience in implementing and assessment of data collection protocols and analytical data quality control (QA/QC) Familiarity with the various international reporting standards (JORC Code, NI43-101, SAMREC etc)
