St Kilda Road location 5 roles available Great hourly rate - $22 per hour This is your opportunity to work for a leading insurer and work to assist their customers at first point of call. In this role you will be contacted by customers who have recently made claims, or are wanting to talk to someone to make a claim. Your function, will be to ascertain who the customer needs to speak to and pass them onto the relevant team. The role requires you to be fast, efficient and quick on your feet – with a major influx of calls at the moment, you will need to adhere to an average handling time of under a minute and take a very high volume of calls per day. With this in mind, you will need to uphold exemplary customer service standards and be focused to minimise call waiting times. To be considered for this role you will ideally have: Call Centre experience Intermediate excel skills Objection handling experience Excellent verbal communication skills Experience in very high call volumes This is a temporary role that starts in Thursday May 10th and will go for 5-8 weeks depending on the business needs. Business hours will require you needing flexibility between 8:30am and 9pm.
