The opportunity
We are seeking a client focused individual to assist in managing the relationships with government agencies within the Treasury Managed Fund portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service delivery is provided to all agencies through managing all aspects of the agency relationship as well as training and technical support to our claims teams.
The Client Services Specialist role is responsible for:
Developing and maintaining relationships with Government Agencies and all TMF stakeholders
Replying to Agency questions and complaints, reviewing complaints trends, and implementing strategies to reduce number of service related complaints
Providing technical advice and support to Agencies relating to their portfolio responsibilities and building Agency claims and injury management knowledge and capability
Identifying agency claims trends and risks and undertaking data analysis to understand drivers and agency risks
Essential experience
Excellent understanding of Workers Compensation legislation and associated regulations
Greater than 2 years experience in a Workers Compensation claims or injury management environment
Experience creating and developing relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
