Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the timely preparation and painting of nominated customer sites to a high quality as per directions.
You will prepare surfaces for finishing and assisting painters apply coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces, trimmings and fixtures of buildings and other structures.
Skills required:
Use and maintain a variety of hand tools
Identify and apply appropriate safety intervention techniques
Set up and sagely use scaffolds, ladders, etc
Maintain and/or repair tool and equipment
Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism
