Your responsibilities will include:
• Support and maintain existing applications strictly in accordance with departmental change control procedures
• Maintain data and office security and system integrity.
• Provide first through third level support for applications.
• Liaise with System Administrators for application and implementation management.
• Ensure that the tasks and progressive action history are duly recorded and concluded.
• Transfer skills, provide documentation and exchange information on all relevant aspects of software development and support, including, but not limited, to training users and support staff in the use of in-house applications.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• 5+ years’ experience in the development of solutions in Lotus Notes/Domino environments, especially Notes 6.5 and a solid understanding of related technologies.
• Proven experience with analysis, application design, implementation and maintenance of Lotus Notes/Domino solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Domino servers and/or deploying Domino server infrastructure
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Experience with SharePoint technologies, migration of Lotus Notes applications to Microsoft technologies and Java/TomCat skills are desirable.
