Job Description
As a pivotal part to the Australian network, you will work closely with the legal team and be required to support the Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Director with all administrative tasks. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the departments administrative requirements and develop key stakeholder relationships in a professional manner. As an integral member to the legal team, you will be required to provide high administrative support including diary management, travel arrangements and the preparation of correspondence as well as confidential reports for senior management. In addition to this, you will assist the Senior Legal Counsel with the production of franchise and lease documentation whilst maintaining the lease register and compactus. Crucial to this role will be the tracking of changes to companies, maintaining company registers including share transfers and movements as well as ensuring that each store has a valid registered business name. Furthermore, you will undertake any other administrative assistance required by the team and act as a the central point of contact for all stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally have a proven track record within an administrative legal based role preferably from a private practise. Excellent time management and organisational skills will be exhibited by a self starter who is able to undertake various administrative duties with minimal guidance and support. In conjunction with your impressive clerical skills, excellent work ethic is paramount to succeeding in the role as will your ability to quickly learn the core functions of our client's business. As you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis, your ability to articulate in a professional manner is essential coupled with your strong technical knowledge of MS Office Suite.
