Assist with overseeing the development of internal construction teams and interstate contractors who can delivery projects
Represent the company to client groups and other stakeholders
Provide input into engineering and design of systems, solving construction problems and streamlining the construction approach
Develop a delivery team of other Project Managers as the company grows
Ensure projects run to budget
Work with the Directors to develop the marketing strategy and oversee development of a sustainable project pipeline
Negotiate contractual terms with suppliers, clients and sub-contractors
To be considered it is essential you have a degree in Civil Engineering and a proven background in delivering drainage, stormwater, roads or subdivisional works, as well as having the ability to plan, tender and work with contractors and clients. You have outstanding communication skills, and the ability to build long term relationships
