Working for a highly regarded Educational Institute, my client based in the CBD is looking for a Personal Assistant to assist a Senior Member of Staff in the day to day prioritisation of their work. The role is an ongoing temporary assignment with the view of permanency and is to start ASAP!!!
The role will require you to provide timely and efficient support and provide administrative assistance.
This role requires you to have a high level of organisation and time management skills and have intermediate to advanced skills in Word & Excel. You must have a high standard of knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and a good knowledge of TRIM and SAP would be an advantage.
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
Have extensive Personal Assistant experience
Previous diary and travel management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be highly organised and have excellent time management skills
High attention to detail and have the ability to proof read reports
General Adhoc duties
This role is a busy role and you must be able to work under pressure. It is most important that you are reliable and committed and be a team player as the role does require you to interact with divisional members of staff. Background Educational Industry Experience an advantage must not a necessity.
The role is paying between $26 - 28p/h + Super. The role is an ongoing temporary assignment with the view of permanency and is to start ASAP!!! With expertise in the disciplines of Cell Biology and Anatomy, Exercise Sciences, Laboratory Medicine, Medical Radiations, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacy we continue to collaborate with industry, government and community to foster partnerships and clusters of expertise.
The RMIT Clinical Research Facility within the School of Medical Sciences is recruiting a Clinical Research Associate to coordinate and manage a clinical trial of guided therapy in diabetes. This position is a 6 month full-time contract.
Reporting to the Manager of the facility you will recruit people with diabetes to the study through interacting with community diabetes support groups, community health centres and general practice. Key accountabilities will also include:
Obtaining informed consent from participants and collecting and managing relevant clinical data
Scheduling follow up visits, collecting and labelling biological specimens for laboratory testing
Recording and dispensing investigational agents and providing support for the participants and researchers.
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess a relevant degree together with significant experience in Clinical Trials management and day-to-day running of human trials. Personally, you have well-developed interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Blood collection skills are desirable. This position is based at our RMIT Bundoora campus and involves travel to diabetes community group meetings and clinical sites in Victoria; therefore a current Victorian driver's licence is essential.
