To that end, the Campus has achieved maximum accreditation through the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards.  We are looking for an experience Quality Manager to join the facility to contribute to this continued level of success. You will come from a Health background and have proven expertise in the area of quality, safety and risk Management, including incident and sentinel events management, ideally in a Hospital setting, and have a full understanding of Equip5.   Your success in this role will lay in your advanced negotiation, interpersonal and written communication skills including the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.  You will have well developed presentation skills including the ability to chair and present at meetings, expertise in the management of Private Hospital licensing requirements, and an understanding and experience in incident management systems.  You will have demonstrated commitment to Quality Improvement and Risk Management with experience in the collation and interpretation of clinical indicators.  Your skills in the management of ACHS accreditation processes will suit this position ideally along with your ability to manage and lead a team of direct reports. You must hold a tertiary Qualification within the Healthcare field and have proven experience of at least 3 years in Quality Management.
