As a result of an increase in workload, a position has been created for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Area manager this role will see you conducting building inspections and condition assessments, co-ordinating and managing inspection teams and preparing recommendations and cost estimates. To be successful in this role you will hold your RICS Chartered Building Surveyor qualification (or be working towards a similar qualification) and have at least 3 years of experience.You will have exceptional customer service skills, proficient at prioritising and time management and have strong verbal and written communication skills. There will be some travel required in this role but the role will primarily be based in Brisbane.
