Reporting to the Project Engineering Manager, this role is responsible for providing technical support to the client and to the operation. Duties of the role include: Writing technical scope of works for purchases of electrical equipment used in the product range. Providing electrical support and design requirements to customers. Liaising with clients to deliver outstanding quality of service. Contributing to create designs for improved performance. Improving the company's reputation through mentoring and training employees on product and industry knowledge. Candidate requirements: Tertiary qualifications or trade background - electrical. Experience in mobile mining equipment include shovels, draglines and drills. Technically competent with strong product knowledge of mobile equipment. Ability to delivery good customer service by understanding client needs and expectations. Ability to manage costs and budgets and deliver accurate product cost information.
