Job Details: Ensuring accurate monthly reporting for the properties you are responsible for Managing the preparation and reporting of quarterly Forecasting and annual Budgeting for relevant properties Preparation of property related models for Outgoings, Percentage Rental, Direct Recharges and all major Tenant calculations Working with key stakeholders in the property including centre management, property asset and development managers, tax and shared services as well as providing a timely and comprehensive response to all ad-hoc queries as required Minimum requirements: Degree in commerce, accounting or related field is essential Understanding of MRI accounting systems Minimum 2 years experience in an accounting role in either retail or commercial property Experience in property accounting is essential, applicants without this experience will not be considered.
